For teams that write code, we set up the test suites and review gates behind Haunts inside your own repositories, so the team keeps the speed of AI coding and no unreviewed code reaches production.
Organizational Change
We work with leadership on how projects move to production once AI is part of every step, including who plans and reviews them and what security and cost controls apply. Dynamics 365 programs at state DOTs and cybersecurity frameworks for government agencies gave us the enterprise background for this kind of change.
Haunts.io
Haunts began as a five-day prototype in spring 2026. Six months of production hardening later, it has more than 100 daily active users and over a million check-ins, with web, iOS, Android, Apple Watch, and Wear OS apps live in both stores. The test suites and review process behind it make up the methodology we teach companies.
Dynamics 365 and ArcGIS
Our Dynamics 365 and ArcGIS integrations serve state DOT signing and asset programs in three states, with a fourth coming online this year, and the longest has been in production for more than six years. When a vendor left a multi-state operator locked out of its own Dynamics 365 platform, we recovered it as readable source in a week. We implement and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Esri ArcGIS, systems many mid-sized companies already run.

The AI Roadmap is a fixed-price plan, starting at $5,000, for where AI fits in your business and what to build first, including how that first build will be tested and run. We review it with more than one AI model before you see it, and the roadmap is yours to keep whether or not we build it.
The Build
A senior architect directs AI through the build in short, tested increments, and you use working software from the first milestone.
Coaching
We coach your people as they take the work over, developers on their own builds and other staff on the AI tools in their daily work, and hand over documentation and runbooks along the way.
Dynamics 365 and ArcGIS integrations follow the same order on a phased schedule of weeks or months.
